Preconstruction

During Preconstruction stage we will develop the design in conjunction with the Design Team. This will take account of the construction methodology thus avoiding coordination issues on site between frame, envelope, M&E and finishes.

We will manage the design programme and close out of any pre-commencement planning compliance conditions during the Preconstruction stage.
