Elliott Group Programme Management

Our preconstruction team begins by developing a detailed Design, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning programme for your project. At Elliott Group we use Asta Power Project as our primary planning and programming tool. Our Site Teams our enabled with a mobile app integration that allows real time progress reporting.
This data is linked to our progress reporting dashboard for every project. This allows rapid identification on any programme slippage enabling mitigation measures to be put in place.

Building Information Modeling (BIM)

Elliott Group Digital Construction

Our commitment to excellence starts with Building Information Modeling (BIM), a process that allows us to create and manage digital representations of physical and functional characteristics of a project. BIM facilitates seamless collaboration among all stakeholders, from architects and engineers to contractors and clients, ensuring that everyone has access to accurate and up-to-date information throughout the project lifecycle. This collaborative approach minimizes errors, enhances efficiency, and optimises project outcomes.

Drones, Aerial Surveys, and 360

Our use of drones, aerial surveys, and 360 video project surveys revolutionizes the way we conduct site inspections and surveys. These technologies provide high-resolution imagery, comprehensive 360-degree video, and data, allowing for precise mapping, monitoring, and analysis of construction sites.

The 360 video surveys offer an immersive, panoramic view of the site, enabling clients and stakeholders to virtually tour the project from any location. This combination not only enhances safety and efficiency but also ensures that we can identify and address potential issues before they become critical, saving time and resources.

Our Common Data Environment powered by Procore drives collaborative project management with efficient capture of project correspondence and data. Stakeholders access real-time updates in a centralised format, ensuring ultimate visibility.

Features include detailed inspection tracking, immediate onsite observation creation with assignable responsibilities, and identification of project-wide quality and safety trends. Standardised communication management integrates seamlessly with email providers, offering fully searchable and reportable systems. Real-time tracking, assignment, and reporting of observations and corrective actions, whether created independently or linked to inspections or drawings, enhance project oversight both in-office and on-site, supported by comprehensive documentation capabilities.

Design Development

Elliott Group Clash Detection

During preconstruction stage we will develop the design in conjunction with the Design Team. The design will take account of the construction methodology thus avoiding coordination issues on site between frame, envelope, M&E and finishes. The majority of projects are coordinated through Revit which allows us to detect clashes quickly and avoid potential cost risks.

We will manage the design programme and close out of any pre-commencement planning compliance conditions during the Preconstruction stage.

Cost & Risk Planning

Cost and Risk Planning Elliott Group

From the outset of the Preconstruction stage, we will develop an initial high level cost plan. Once agreed we will guide and manage the Preconstruction process to ensure that the agree budget is achieved. Once design has been brought to a stage 3 level, we will develop a detailed cost analysis along with value engineering proposals for the Clients Team to review.
During this process we will develop a risk register for Time, Cost, Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety. This risk register will allow to manage certain risks do they don’t have a time or cost impact on the project.
