Our Project

Icicle currently operates high end outlets in Paris, and the new store in Dublin will be their first in Ireland. The Dublin store at 114 Grafton Street, a listed building, will follow the same interior design concept as the Paris stores while respecting the building’s historic nature.

The project involved extensive internal alterations while maintaining the building’s historic character. Works included the removal of existing escalators, adjustment of floor levels, stripping and reinstatement of floor finishes, and the installation of new partitions, bespoke joinery, refurbished windows, and signage. A key focus was on built heritage conservation, ensuring that original materials, moldings, and architectural details were retained and restored in keeping with conservation standards. This meticulous balance between contemporary retail design and heritage preservation ensures Icicle’s Dublin store delivers an elegant, timeless retail environment that aligns with the brand’s international identity.
