Our Project

The Boughton Heath project comprises 6 residential apartment blocks (Blocks A–F) with associated external works. The retirement led development promotes community living and connection to the natural environment through generous landscaping and shared amenities, and is located adjacent to Boughton Heath and the Chester Park and Ride, off Whitchurch Road (A54).

Block A is a 4 storey mixed use building with amenity space, storage, plant and communal areas at ground level, 15no. 2 bedroom apartments across Levels 01–03, and additional communal facilities at roof level.

Block B is a 5 storey mixed use building incorporating care, guest accommodation, marketing and support spaces at ground level, 19no. 2 bedroom apartments across Levels 01–03, and roof level communal areas.
