Our Project
Elliott Group delivered the extension and refurbishment of Domino’s Pizza’s existing dough production facility, successfully completing the works within a live manufacturing environment with no disruption to operations. Domino’s originally occupied Unit 1B, where production continued throughout the build. Elliott Group refurbished the adjacent Unit 1C and constructed a link building between the 2 units to create a larger, integrated production facility.
Works also included the construction of a new ESB substation and decommissioning of the existing substation on site. The office facilities were fully stripped out and reconfigured to provide a fit for purpose layout supporting the expanded operation. Structural enhancements included the installation of a new steel portal frame, strengthening of existing steelwork, and reconfiguration of external yards with upgraded drainage systems and new loading bays.
