Project Overview

Located in the heart of Dublin City Centre, the Hill Street development revitalises an underused site between the historic Georgian streetscapes of North Great George’s Street and Mountjoy Square. The development is arranged in a U-shaped configuration around a landscaped central courtyard, with a 6–7 storey frontage to Hill Street and stepped return wings reducing to 1–2 storeys towards the rear boundary.

The scheme provides 150 bedroom units, supported by a range of communal and social spaces, including a gym, café, co-working areas, courtyard garden and rooftop terrace.
