Managing Director, UK

Eddie Campion holds the position of Managing Director UK, overseeing operations in the Midlands & North as well as the London & South regions.

Eddie, having worked for 12 years in the UK Construction Market on many largescale projects across a wide spectrum of sectors, together with his track record for growing businesses in International Markets, will be invaluable in our ambition to grow UK contracting business.

Gary O Sullivan

Gary O’Sullivan

Managing Director, ROI

Gary has gained a broad depth of construction delivery experience over his career since graduating from Waterford institute of Technology in 1999. He has worked his way through all construction delivery roles for leading construction organisations, giving him a clear insight into design, delivery, safety, quality, cost, and programme, ensuring that the correct resources are utilised to ensure delivery in the correct manner. Gary has the strength to drive a project, the charisma to build a hardworking team and the experience to identify and plan for challenges as they arise.

Matthew O’Dowd

HSEQ Director, Group

Matthew has gained over 28 years’ experience in Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental issues, with extensive knowledge and understanding of Safety Managements Systems, Safety IT Systems and ESG protocols while designing/implementing procedures/policies which actively reduce the risk to the Group.

Matthew develops and implements the highest levels of Health and Safety throughout the Group while leading a large HSEQ Team. Matthew has excellent interpersonal skills and has a proven reputation for building strong working relationships with all stakeholders.

Willie Loughnane

Construction Director, Mission Critical

Willie is a Chartered Civil Engineer with over 23 years project delivery experience, 15 of which have been leading the delivery of hyperscale data centres and major energy-infrastructure projects across Ireland and Europe. In recent years, he has led the delivery of multiple Data Centre projects for major cloud clients, Power Generation Plants along with significant 110kV Substation works. Progressing through senior engineering, project management, and contracts leadership roles, he brings strong technical oversight and clear programme coordination to complex, mission-critical projects.

Simon Clarke

MEP Director, Mission Critical

Simon is an MEP leader with over 20 years’ experience delivering major Data Centre, Power Generation, and Infrastructure projects across Ireland, the United Kingdom and Europe. With an electrical engineering background and postgraduate qualifications in fire engineering and project management, he has led the delivery of Hyperscale, Enterprise and Colocation Data Centres, Dual Fuel Power Generation Plants and multiple High and Medium Voltage Substations, bringing strong technical depth and clear, coordinated leadership to complex MEP programmes.

Ben Shepherd

Technical Director, Mission Critical

Ben is a preconstruction and design professional with over 25 years’ technical experience across Ireland, the UK, Europe, and the Nordics. A degree qualified Architect, he has led early contractor engagement, design scoping, and technical strategy for major Data Centre and Energy projects, including multiple Hyperscale facilities, Power Generation Plants and 110kV Substations. His background in multi-disciplinary design leadership, BIM, digital engineering, and integrated coordination enables him to drive clear technical direction and seamless early-stage delivery on complex, fast-track projects.
