Our Project
Elliott Group delivered all Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) works for the construction of a 100MW gas-fired power plant, including all balance-of-plant infrastructure, equipment, and buildings. The development comprised an Engine Hall Building with 5 gas engines, an Electrical Annex, Workshop, Tank Farm, Security Hut, Gas AGI with kiosk, Radiator Coolers, 2 electrical transformers, and an Exhaust Stack.
The works also included fuel and process storage systems—for diesel oil, SCR urea, lube oil, fire water, and effluent collection—along with underground attenuation and drainage networks, access roads, parking, footpaths, landscaping, and fencing.
As CSA Specialist Package Contractor (SPC), Elliott Group undertook full Design & Build responsibilities, including Contractor Design Portions (CDP) for rebar detailing, temporary works, and technical submissions. Working alongside GCIL, the Project Management Consultancy, all CSA packages were delivered on time, to the highest safety and quality standards.
