Project Overview
The Aderrig 4 Residential Development forms part of Quintain Ireland’s Adamstown Strategic Development Zone, expanding the residential offering in South Lucan. The scheme comprises six apartment blocks (A1–A2, B1–B2 and C1–C2) with undercroft basement parking and landscaped courtyards, continuing the established architectural character of previous Adamstown phases.
Elliott Group’s proposal delivers a high-quality and efficient build using precast reinforced concrete frames and façades, alongside MMC elements including balcony modules, precast stairs and bathroom pods to streamline construction. Designed to NZEB standards, the apartments incorporate low-energy systems, optimised fire and acoustic detailing, and durable materials to support sustainability, cost control and long-term performance.
