We recently welcomed Workfades to our Cherrywood residential development site in Dublin, offering free haircuts and shaves to our full site team as part of our ongoing focus on workplace wellbeing.
WorkFades bring something a little different to site. Alongside the haircut, they create an informal, relaxed space where people can take some time out, have a chat and connect, which is something that can be valuable in a busy construction environment.
Sometimes the simplest things can have a real impact – a break from the working day, a bit of time to yourself and an opportunity for a conversation. A big thank you to WorkFades for spending the day with us, and to everyone in Cherrywood who got involved.
