Taking on the role of Site Safety Rep means taking on extra responsibility for the people you work alongside every day. That deserves recognition.
As part of the Construction Industry Federation (CIF) Safety Campaign, we took the opportunity to thank our Safety Reps across our sites, presenting them with packs to recognise the additional work they do to help keep everyone safe.
These packs mark the start of our Safety Rep reward programme – a way to acknowledge their contribution and say thank you for stepping forward, speaking up and keeping safety part of the everyday conversation.
