Topping Out at The July Hotel — A Milestone Marked on Capel Street!
At Elliott Group, we were delighted to gather on site recently to celebrate the Topping Out of The July in Dublin’s city centre. A key step on the journey to completing this beautiful new destination next year.
To mark the occasion, our site team welcomed our client, The July and the wider project team for a traditional Topping Out ceremony with the addition of our own “Celebratory Wall”, where attendees were invited to write and pin notes of well-wishes to commemorate the occasion. These messages will be gathered and placed into a time vault to be built into the structure closer to completion, preserving a small piece of this wonderful milestone for the future!
