We were delighted to mark the Topping Out of our shared living development on Hill Street, in the heart of Dublin’s north inner city. When complete, the scheme will deliver 150 bedrooms supported by shared amenities including a gym, café, co-working areas, a rooftop terrace and a landscaped courtyard garden.
To celebrate the milestone, our project team welcomed our client, guests and members of the wider design and delivery teams to site. Continuing a now-favoured tradition, guests added their signatures to an exposed section of the structure, allowing them to leave a lasting note of the occasion for the future of the project, before gathering on the rooftop for speeches overlooking the evolving cityscape.
