Our Project

Elliott Group was initially engaged to deliver essential life safety works within public areas, and the scope subsequently expanded to include significant improvement works across both the residential apartments and the operational hotel. Current activities involve office refurbishments within live hotel environments, alongside critical kitchen enhancements and full kitchen refurbishments scheduled out of hours to maintain uninterrupted service. In the residential building, Elliott Group is installing a new ventilation and cooling system to core lobby areas while ensuring safety and comfort in a fully occupied setting.

These works require meticulous planning, phased delivery, and strict health and safety measures to minimize disruption and maintain operational continuity throughout the project.
