Project Overview

The Belfry is an award winning hotel and resort with over 300 luxury bedrooms, restaurants and bars, event spaces, and a leisure club and spa. Home to 3 world class golf courses — including former hosts of The Ryder Cup and British Masters — the hotel remained fully operational throughout Elliott Group’s extensive refurbishment works.

Bedrooms: Refurbishment of 319 bedrooms and corridors across 39 layouts and 37 suites. 27 completions were achieved within 5 months — all delivered on time and snag free while the hotel operated at 90% capacity. Reception Lobby: Installation of new concierge and reception desks with upgraded floor and wall finishes, enhancing the guest arrival experience. Brabazon Bar: New suspended gantry bar, additional seating and tables, and refreshed floor and wall finishes — completed while the bar remained open 16 hours daily. Ryder Grill: Extension of the 240m² Orangery and remodelling of the restaurant, adding kitchen and pantry space to increase capacity and operational efficiency.
