Project Overview

Elliott Group has been appointed to deliver Somerton II, a high-quality residential apartment development located within the Adamstown Station SDZ. The project comprises a single building, Block 2, rising from 4 to 5 storeys and providing 68 apartments, including 49 one-bedroom and 19 two-bedroom units, designed to meet modern living and energy efficiency standards.
