Mater Private Refurbishment

Our Project

The project involved the refurbishment and fit out of a new Oncology Facility within Newenham House at the Mater Private Hospital campus, spanning the Ground, First, and Roof Levels of the 4 storey building. Works were delivered within a live hospital environment, requiring precise coordination to maintain daily operations and minimise disruption to patients and staff.

The new facility includes 3 state of the art Endoscopy suites, male and female recovery areas, and an Oncology day unit incorporating laboratories, consultant rooms, staff amenities, reception, and waiting areas. Upgrades also included a new internal staircase connecting the Ground and First Floors, a new external fire escape, full mechanical and electrical replacement across all levels, and reinstatement of the external façade and roof plant
