Marino Student Accommodation is a 302-bed property located in the heart of Dublin city making it the perfect base for students studying at any of the city’s institutions.
As the principle contractor we managed all aspects of the project until its com-pletion, working alongside our client to deliver high end accommodation for the modern student.
This project involved a full refurbishment of the building including, full strip-out, re-decoration, new lighting, new flooring, new kitchen units, worktops and appli-ances, new bedroom furniture, mattresses and soft furnishings throughout.
Our expertise working in live environment projects allowed our client to co-ordinate all site works while offering minimal disruption to those currently living and working within Marino Institute of Education, Dublin.
The project was completed on time and within budget while achieving all the clients specifications.
