Project Overview

Located in Shepherd’s Bush, London, the K-West project involves the full strip out and redevelopment of a 7 storey hotel, returning it to its shell and core structure before transforming it into a 231 room, high specification, 4 star Indigo branded hotel. The £47M refurbishment is being delivered on an ambitious 58 week programme, with a 2 phase handover.

The works include the creation of a new spa and leisure area on the lower ground floor, featuring a swimming pool, plunge pool, gym, and full suite of heat experience amenities including indoor and outdoor saunas, steam room, salt room, and ice room. The ground and first floors will house a new reception area, bar, and restaurant with a poured terrace floor, complemented by meeting and conference facilities. A striking feature spiral staircase with cantilevered marble steps forms the architectural centrepiece of the interior.
