Project Overview

Reimagining Ibex House as a premium hotel destination, alongside the expansion and reopening of The Peacock pub, both to be operated by Dominus Hospitality. The project carefully restores and enhances this Grade II listed Art Deco landmark, preserving 100% of the existing substructure and 90% of the superstructure to safeguard its architectural heritage.

The development will contribute to a more vibrant and inclusive Square Mile, introducing culture-led activation along Minories, improving public access to the building and its amenities — including a new swimming pool — and delivering an on-site hospitality training academy to support local skills and employment.
