Our Project

This project involves the extensive conversion and refurbishment of 123 Judd Street to deliver a new 243 bedroom hotel whilst retaining the existing telephone exchange operation within parts of the ground floor and basement. The development introduces a new Class C1 hotel use alongside the ongoing Sui Generis use, transforming the building into a high-quality hospitality destination complemented by significant public realm and landscaping improvements.

The works comprise the creation of 243 guest bedrooms together with associated front and back of house facilities, publicly accessible street-facing food and beverage spaces, and a landscaped courtyard amenity area. Extensive structural and façade alterations form part of the redevelopment, including the creation of new basement lightwells, removal of existing rooftop plant areas, façade enhancements, and the construction of a rooftop extension. The project also includes the comprehensive refurbishment and upgrade of the existing building fabric, delivering modern accommodation and guest amenities.
