Project Overview

Appointed as Main Contractor and PSCS following a competitive tender, Elliott Group delivered this landmark €50 million, 185,000 sq ft development. Standing at over 45 metres tall, the building is one of Dublin’s tallest residential developments, offering panoramic views across Dublin Bay, the Dublin Mountains and Donnybrook Stadium.

The scheme provides 139 A-rated Build-to-Rent apartments and 9 duplex houses, comprising 72 one-bedroom, 57 two-bedroom, 10 three-bedroom and 9 two-bedroom duplex units. A further 10 apartments were allocated to Dublin City Council under Part V. Resident amenities include co-working hubs, a cinema and library room, coffee docks, a bookable dining space, landscaped courtyards and rooftop terraces.

A single-level basement accommodates sprinkler tanks, water storage, electrical switch rooms, 204 bicycle spaces with charging points, and 75 car parking spaces, including EV charging facilities.

Eglinton Place won the Residential Project of the Year – Private, €5–€50m at the 2025 Irish Construction Excellence Awards.
