Construction of a new shopping centre development complete with a Dunnes Stores and 17 retail units in an adjacent mall. The structure was a steel frame with infill block work stone.
The roof was a built up Trocal system and a Kalzip curved aluminium panel to the mall.Site infrastructure works were provided as part of the development including:
- Underground service ducts, water mains and drainage
- Surface level car parks
- Hard and soft landscaping
The project is a good example of the Elliott Group’s staff ability to deliver high quality retail developments in a Greenfield environment. Our management and staff under-stand that this is not just a construction project but it is also about providing a a quality product that meets both the requirements of the client and also the surrounding communities. The Elliott Group management team were involved from the inception stage of this project to its commissioned handover stage.
