Avonpark is a well established retirement village located just five miles from Bath, set within an expansive thirty acre estate of formal gardens, meadows and woodlands. Originally founded in the early nineteen nineties on the historic site of the former Winsley Sanatorium, the village currently comprises ninety two homes and is occupied by sixty nine residents.
Elliott Group has been appointed under a JCT Design and Build contract to deliver the next phase of Avonpark’s development. This expansion includes the construction of a new twenty seven unit block, a new thirty nine unit block, and three additional apartments integrated within an existing building. In total, sixty nine new high quality retirement apartments will be provided.
The works will enhance the village’s residential offering while supporting its long term vision for modern, community focused living.
