Elliott Group delivered all Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) works associated with the construction of a 100MW gas-fired power plant, including all balance-of-plant infrastructure, ancillary buildings, and utilities.
The development provides a modern and efficient energy facility designed to meet stringent environmental and operational standards.
The works included the construction of an Engine Hall Building housing 10 gas engines, ventilation units, cooling radiator banks, and 2no. 27m exhaust stacks, along with an Electrical Annex, 110kV Substation and Control Building, and Gas AGI compound with an Instrument House. Ancillary buildings comprised an Administration Block, Workshop/Store, Engineering Building, and a comprehensive Tank Farm accommodating fuel, oil, urea, and water storage systems.
External works included new access roads, car parking, paths, drainage neworks, landscaping, and the installation of underground utilities to support plant operations.
