Affidea’s 30,000 sq.ft. flagship medical centre at Wimbledon Quarter will be the first private hospital located within a UK retail destination. This pioneering facility combines world class healthcare with convenience, creating a new model for accessible, community based medical services.

The centre will offer a comprehensive range of services, including a private GP practice, urgent care clinic, and advanced diagnostic imaging (MRI, CT, X-ray, ultrasound), alongside specialist outpatient treatments. Surgical facilities will comprise 2 laminar flow theatres and a dedicated daycase theatre, supporting procedures across orthopaedics, cardiology, women’s health, dermatology, neurology, and more.

Designed as a modern, single level facility, the clinic integrates cutting edge technology with patient comfort, featuring consulting rooms, treatment spaces, and a seamless care journey under one roof.
