Project Overview

Elliott Group is delivering The Crossings – Phase 3, a major residential development within the Adamstown SDZ. The live project comprises 436 new homes across three apartment blocks (A, C and D), ranging from 1 to 9 storeys, arranged around landscaped courtyards and pedestrian streets within the established SDZ core.

The works include the construction of three multi-storey residential buildings with precast concrete frames, glide-on balconies, high-performance façades and roof-level plant. Block A incorporates a basement car park, with all blocks delivered complete with internal fit-out, M&E installations, drainage, public realm works, landscaping, road tie-ins and service connections, all delivered in a phased live environment.
