A native of East Cork, Will has deep roots in the region and with over 23 years’ Tier 1 Main Contractor experience, he is responsible for construction operations and new contracting opportunities in the Munster Region.
Beginning his career as Site Engineer in 1999, Will has successfully progressed within the industry, and in doing so has gained valuable experience and a deep understanding of the complex responsibilities encountered whilst delivering construction projects.
As a highly motivated, focused, and driven individual, Will has a strong desire to succeed. In addition to developing the careers of his team members, he uses his extensive skills and experience to help them succeed. As a leader, he realises the importance of building a team with expertise, respect, and the desire to surpass client expectations, so that projects are completed on time and within budget.
