Signature at Hornchurch Named Most Considerate Site at 2026 CCS Awards
Elliott Group is proud to celebrate success at the 2026 Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) Site Awards, with projects across London and Dublin recognised for their commitment to delivering construction responsibly and respectfully.
Leading the achievements was our Signature at Hornchurch project, which was awarded the prestigious Most Considerate Site accolade in London. This is one of the highest recognitions presented by the Considerate Constructors Scheme and reflects the exceptional efforts of the project team in engaging positively with the local community, maintaining high standards on site, and delivering the project with consideration for neighbours, stakeholders and the wider environment.
The award is a significant achievement for everyone involved and demonstrates the culture, professionalism and values that underpin the way Elliott Group delivers projects.
Further success in London saw our St John’s Wood project receive a Gold Award, while our K West project was recognised with a Bronze Award.
In Dublin, two projects were also honoured at the CCS Awards. The July Hotel received the Most Improved Award, recognising the progress and commitment shown by the project team, while Liberties House on Cork Street achieved a Bronze Award.
These awards reflect the dedication of our site teams, who consistently strive to deliver projects safely, responsibly and with respect for the communities in which they operate. They are a testament to the people behind the projects and the pride they take in maintaining the highest standards throughout construction.
Congratulations to all of our project teams on this outstanding achievement. Your commitment and professionalism continue to set the benchmark for considerate construction.
