Milestone Reached! We were proud to celebrate the Topping Out of the new 87-unit care home at New City College, Ardleigh Green, Hornchurch, in partnership with Signature Senior Lifestyle. This marks a major step forward in delivering a modern, high-quality care facility for the local community.
We were joined by Signature Senior Lifestyle, along with key members of our project team, including PRP Architects, Mecserve, Clark Smith Partnership, and Fed3 Projects, to mark this exciting achievement. As part of the celebrations, attendees had the opportunity to sign the structure of the building, creating a lasting memory of this milestone moment.
A huge thank you to everyone who has played a role in reaching this stage. This care home will provide a welcoming and supportive environment, offering high-quality living spaces and amenities tailored to residents’ needs.
