Elliott Group’s Fit Out Division is delighted to announce the completion of a remarkable fit-out project – the design, renovation, and fit-out of ICICLE’s new 1,270sqm retail store and office headquarters at 114 Grafton Street.
This project involved the complete renovation of a protected building, preserving all its existing features while seamlessly integrating the modern ICICLE 5 Star fashion brand into this old-world setting. Elliott Group meticulously executed aspects of the project, including the reinstallation of floor finishes, craftsmanship plasterwork, and crafting bespoke joinery, ensuring every detail was curated to perfection.
