Our Project
The SNIAM (Sami Nasr Institute for Advanced Materials) at Trinity College Dublin (TCD) provides world class facilities for advanced materials research. The institute houses specialised laboratories for the School of Physics and School of Chemistry, along with a dedicated lecture hall, offices, workshops, and conference rooms.
Our scope of work focused on enhancing the building’s sustainability by replacing all roof M&E plant, along with other upgrades to improve efficiency and adapt to changing environmental requirements.
The project demands careful coordination to ensure continuity of research activity while maintaining safe, functional lab environments. Clear communication with Trinity College staff was central to success, particularly in sequencing works to minimise disruption.
