The completion of The Irons marks another important milestone in the continued development of Adamstown, delivering 436 new homes across three apartment blocks on behalf of Evara and the Land Development Agency.
The development forms part of the wider vision for Adamstown as a sustainable, connected community, providing high-quality homes alongside excellent transport links, public spaces, schools, amenities and community infrastructure.
Designed by Henry J Lyons Architects, the project comprises a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments arranged around landscaped courtyards and pedestrian-friendly streets, creating a place where people can live, work and put down roots.
Delivered in a phased live environment, the project involved the construction of three multi-storey residential buildings complete with precast concrete frames, high-performance façades, glide-on balconies, basement parking, mechanical and electrical installations, public realm works, landscaping and service connections.
The successful delivery of The Irons is a reflection of the strong collaboration between Evara, the Land Development Agency, the design team, our subcontractors, supply chain partners and the Elliott Group project team.
