Located at the Peartree Roundabout in Oxford, the Holiday Inn Express project represents a significant expansion for LGH Hotels Management, UK. Valued at £8,900,000, this development involves the construction of a new four-storey block, adding a total of 64 rooms to the existing hotel.

The new block will feature a ground floor with nine guest rooms, two meeting rooms, a break-out area, a linen store, and toilets. The three upper floors will each accommodate nineteen guestrooms, enhancing the hotel’s capacity and offering more accommodation options for visitors.Constructed on a piled foundation, the building will boast a four-storey in-situ concrete frame.

The exterior will combine brick and render cladding with aluminium windows, including frameless Oriel windows on the ground floor.The project also includes external works such as landscaping and paving, designed to seamlessly integrate with the existing building and its surroundings, ensuring a cohesive and inviting environment for guests.

This extension project aims to provide additional modern amenities and comfortable accommodations, further enhancing the appeal of the Holiday Inn Express in Oxford.
