Elliott Group are seeking a Learning & Development Manager.
This role will be based from our Dublin office.
- This role focuses on building structured development pathways, identifying key skills gaps, and designing and implementing impactful training programmes that support both individual growth and wider business objectives.
- The successful candidate will play a central role in aligning learning initiatives with the organisation’s strategic goals, ensuring our people are equipped with the skills needed to succeed now and in the future.
- Working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, the Learning & Development Manager will drive a culture of continuous improvement by introducing innovative and engaging learning solutions, from workshops and coaching to digital learning experiences.
- They will also monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programmes, using insights and data to refine approaches and maximise impact.
- The ideal candidate should be passionate about empowering employees to reach their full potential, creating an environment of continuous learning and high performance. They will bring a proactive, people-focused mindset, with a strong ability to influence, collaborate, and inspire growth at all levels of the organisation.
