Dress Code: Smart golfing attire required at all times. Shirts must have a collar, tailored trousers or shorts. For women, tailored shorts, skirts or skorts are accepted. Denim and football shirts are not permitted. Golf shoes must be worn.

Itenerary
- 10.00am – Arrival, Registration & Breakfast: Coffee & bacon rolls served in the Restaurant
- 11.00am – Use of Practice Facilities: On the Putting Green and at the Driving Range (with practice balls provided)
- 12.15pm – Shotgun Briefing & Travel to Starting Holes: Buggies included
- 12.30pm – 18 Holes of Golf (Texas Scramble format) Shotgun start on the International course with on-course competitions
- c.3.30pm – Drinks: Served in the Long Bar with use of the Terrace
- 5.30pm – BBQ & Prize Presentation: Served and hosted in the Restaurant
- 7.00pm – Departure
