We are delighted to share that Eglinton Place has been awarded Residential Project of the Year – Private, €5–€50m at the 2025 Irish Construction Excellence (ICE) Awards, held last night in Dublin.
This prestigious recognition celebrates the outstanding quality, innovation, and delivery standards achieved on this landmark development — a project that pushed the boundaries of residential construction in Ireland.
Situated in the heart of Donnybrook, Dublin, Eglinton Place stands over 45 metres tall and is home to 148 A-rated luxury apartments, complemented by extensive indoor and outdoor amenity spaces. It is a development that redefines modern urban living, and we are immensely proud to see it recognised on a national stage.
