As part of this year’s Construction Industry Federation (CIF), we’re focusing on the critical risks that require our attention at every stage of construction.
At our Hill Street Co-Living project in Dublin, our Group Technical Services Director, Cathal Smith, takes us through the importance of Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures and the controls in place to manage electrical safety as projects near completion.
From permits and authorisations to clear communication and safe isolation procedures, the video highlights the importance of getting the basics right, every time.
As a project approaches completion, critical risks remain. Maintaining safety standards right through to handover is essential. Thank you to O’Neill Electrical for their support in the creation of this video and for working safely with us.
