Elliott’s have been employed to remediate 3nr student accommodation blocks in line with the latest fire regulation in the Griffon Studios Student Accommodation at the Imperial College, London.
The works consist of the removal of the existing HPL cladding including the PIR insulation back to the CP board and then re-construct using only A1 rated materials including cavity and fire barriers as required.
We have also been employed to clean the existing render finish in order to provide a compliant and clean façade. Its is worth noting that these works are being carried out in a live environment with the 3nr blocks fully accommodated.
