It comprises 8 Retail warehouse units, ranging in size from 700 square metres to 940 square metres. Units are capable of being amalgamated to form larger sizes. The scheme also comprises excellent car parking with 553 car spaces.

Civil engineering work was required on this site to facilitate construction. A 5 metre x 5 metre culvert was constructed and then connected to an existing water course, while filling in and building over the old culvert. This work was carried out at a cost of approximately €1,000,000.

A leisure centre, located in the basement area under Unit 6, is a feature of the development. Comprising a 25m swimming pool and totalling 2,223 square metres, the leisure centre is a state of the art facility having excellent access to the N3, Navan Town and enjoying serene views over the River Blackwater and the planned Navan Town Park. Unit 6, measuring 5,829 square metres has been secured by Ireland’s largest DIY re-tailer Woodie’s DIY and has recently opened for business.
