Gary has gained a broad depth of construction delivery experience over his 22-year career since graduating from Waterford institute of Technology in 1999. He has worked his way through all construction delivery roles for leading construction organisations, giving him a clear insight into design, delivery, safety, quality, cost, and programme, ensuring that the correct resources are utilised to ensure delivery in the correct manner. Gary has the strength to drive a project, the charisma to build a hardworking team and the experience to identify and plan for challenges as they arise.

Matthew O’Dowd

HSEQ Director

Matthew has gained over 28 years’ experience in Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental issues, with extensive knowledge and understanding of Safety Managements Systems, Safety IT Systems and ESG protocols while designing/implementing procedures/policies which actively reduce the risk to the Group.

Matthew develops and implements the highest levels of Health and Safety throughout the Group while leading a large HSEQ Team. Matthew has excellent interpersonal skills and has a proven reputation for building strong working relationships with all stakeholders.
