Elliott Group is pleased to announce that we are a corporate member of Lean Construction Ireland, a national body focused on improving how construction projects are planned, managed and delivered across Ireland.
Lean construction is centred on practical improvements — better coordination, more reliable planning, and reducing waste across all stages of a project. These are areas that directly influence programme certainty, quality and overall project performance.
