Eglinton Place Shortlisted for ICE Awards 2025!
We are delighted to share that Eglinton Place has been shortlisted for Residential Project of the Year at the prestigious ICE Awards 2025.

This iconic landmark project stands over 45m tall in the Donnybrook skyline, featuring 148 A-rated luxury apartments and extensive indoor and outdoor amenity spaces, including an internal courtyard, reception lounge, co-working lounge, two rooftop terraces, and a cinema room.
Delivering this landmark building to the highest quality standards ensures it will serve as a proud gateway to the City Centre.
