Our inaugural HSEQ Leadership Forum took place in Croke Park recently, where we brought teams together to reinforce the values and standards that drive excellence across our projects.
A key theme throughout the day was getting ‘Back to Basics’, focusing on the fundamentals that underpin Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality, Sustainability, Leadership, and long-term Success in an ever evolving industry.
We were honoured to be joined by hurling legend Brian Cody, who shared his experiences of leadership, team culture and the standards behind Kilkenny’s remarkable success.
We also welcomed Lorna Hagan CQP on embedding a culture of quality throughout an organisation, from senior leadership setting expectations to site teams delivering excellence on the ground every day.
