{"id":2613,"date":"2023-06-15T14:03:23","date_gmt":"2023-06-15T14:03:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.elliottgroup.com\/uk\/?post_type=projects&#038;p=2613"},"modified":"2023-06-15T14:05:33","modified_gmt":"2023-06-15T14:05:33","slug":"griffon-studios","status":[17,18],"type":"projects","link":"https:\/\/www.elliottgroup.com\/uk\/projects\/griffon-studios\/","title":{"rendered":"Griffon Studios"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Elliott\u2019s have been employed to remediate 3nr student accommodation blocks in line with the latest fire regulation in the Griffon Studios Student Accommodation at the Imperial College, London.<\/p>\n<p>The works consist of the removal of the existing HPL cladding including the PIR insulation back to the CP board and then re-construct using only A1 rated materials including cavity and fire barriers as required.<\/p>\n<p>We have also been employed to clean the existing render finish in order to provide a compliant and clean fa\u00e7ade.
