{"id":1686,"date":"2022-05-03T16:17:35","date_gmt":"2022-05-03T16:17:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost:10268\/?post_type=projects&#038;p=1686"},"modified":"2022-05-13T16:06:36","modified_gmt":"2022-05-13T16:06:36","slug":"20-mint-walk-croydon","status":[17],"type":"projects","link":"https:\/\/www.elliottgroup.com\/uk\/projects\/20-mint-walk-croydon\/","title":{"rendered":"20 Mint Walk, Croydon"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>To achieve compliance:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Insulation backed render removed and fitted new fire compliant external wall insulation \u2014104m<\/li>\n<li>Terracotta open-state rain-screen cladding, temporarily removed, horizontal and vertical intumescent fire barriers fitted to the RC fame\u2014 120 linear meters of fire barrier.<\/li>\n<li>Glazing spandrel panels which were temporarily removed, fire barrier fitted and glazing panels replaced \u2014155 linear meters of fire barrier.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Elliott Group management and staff were involved from tender to handover. The aim of these construction works was for the building owner and residents to achieve an EWS1 form. All fire barriers fitted were photographed and recorded on Procore which was used as a handover document and O&amp;M file at completion stage.
