The building is constructed using Techrete\u2019s own sandwich panels in contrasting colours of grey and white with an exposed aggregate finish. A large emphasis is placed on environmental impact with advanced measures such as rainwater harvesting and effluent management systems being provided. The office building features prefabricated vaulted floor units, and embedded coils for both heating and cooling the building.<\/p>\n<p>Prefabrication of many of the building elements facilitated a fast-track programme and the factory went into production in March 2008, four and a half months after site start, while the offices were completed on programme.
