Ft of Commercial B1 Space<\/li>\n<li>Basement (Storage)<\/li>\n<li>Carparking for 9 Cars.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\"><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span>This project is currently on-site and due for completion in June 2022. The frame is RC concrete, and external walls are predominately of brick and curtain walling.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>The Developer will hold the apartments as a PRS Investment, orientating the specification and FF&amp;E selection towards a sustainable lifecycle and ease of management of the buildings while ensuring that tenants enjoy a quality experience.
