The works comprise extensive fit-out works to an existing five-storey shell and core office block. The project includes carpeted raised access floors, suspended ceilings, and frame-less glazed partitions.<\/p>\n
The open plan offices were provided with air conditioning, and full mechanical and electrical services were included in the work. The Elliott Group staff worked closely with the client and the architect to provide a working environment which conformed exactly to specification, and which could be adapted to future circumstances.<\/p>\n
