At Elliott Group, we\u2019ve always said that safety isn\u2019t just about ticking boxes\u2014it\u2019s about people, how we work together, and the choices we make every day on site.<\/p>\n
That\u2019s why we\u2019re really excited to be launching a new Behavioural Safety Campaign, in collaboration with James Gorry. It\u2019s a powerful piece that will be rolled out across the Group and included in our induction process for everyone coming onto an Elliott site.<\/p>\n
The message is simple but important: if something doesn\u2019t feel safe, you stop. Every person on site is encouraged to speak up and talk to a black hat.
\nWe don\u2019t want anyone to feel like they have to stay quiet or take a risk\u2014safety starts with having that confidence to take action. It\u2019s about creating a space where everyone knows they\u2019ve got a voice, and that they\u2019ll be listened to.<\/p>\n
